GloDi gUG – Society for Digital Education and Integration

Established in 2025 and based in Neuss, GloDi gUG is a non-profit education provider specialising in digital skills and labour-market-oriented IT upskilling.

Our Areas of Activity

Our programmes are aimed at jobseekers, career changers, labour-market entrants, immigrants, and people in phases of professional transition. By cooperating with regional companies and institutions, we promote practice-oriented qualification and sustainable integration into the labour market.

All courses are delivered online. Our team consists of qualified professionals in education, IT, coaching, and administration.

Our Guiding Principles

Customer Orientation

Our customers are the participants, the contracting authorities (e.g. employment agencies, job centres) and future employers. Their feedback is the key basis for evaluating and further developing our educational work.

Staff Development

Our full-time and part-time staff in teaching, counselling, administration and management hold relevant qualifications. Regular professional and pedagogical training safeguards the quality of our services. New staff receive systematic onboarding. Communication within the team is appreciative, open and goal-oriented.

Learning Environment & Infrastructure

Our digital and physical learning spaces meet modern standards. Technical equipment, accessibility and workplace-related IT infrastructure are integral to our learning environments. The premises comply with the Workplace Ordinance (ArbStättV) and DGUV regulations.

Educational Offer & Methodology

All courses follow a pedagogical concept that combines methodological variety, digitalisation and practical relevance. Content is aligned with current labour-market requirements and enables individual, job-related learning. Learning materials are prepared methodically and didactically. We ensure full transparency on content, entry requirements, process, duration, costs and qualifications.
